Radiofrequency Microneedling

At Slim Image Cosmetic Center, we utilize a special technique that produces fantastic outcomes for our patients using Radiofrequency facial skin tightening. This technology uses simultaneous radiofrequency and microneedling to encourage the formation of collagen deep within the skin to yield a healthier, firmer and smoother surface. Patients with acne scars, reduced skin tone or skin damage due to sun exposure or age changes, are good candidate for this treatment. Radiofrequency microneedling when combined with other methods such as laser or fillers has shown has fantastic cosmetic results.

The Radiofrequency handpiece device woks by providing a brief burst of radiofrequency energy via a collection of 25 sterile golden microneedles. The radiofrequency energy is delivered via these needles, which concurrently puncture your skin and inserts the electrodes into the surface of the skin.

This procedure is performed in our cosmetic center with topical anesthesia and takes about 20 minutes. Optimal results generally require multiple treatments. Each patient is unique and some patients will need more treatment than others. On average, patients may need 3 to 4 treatments spaced one month apart.
