Dr. Ramos and his team can perform your FAMI Stem Cell Rejuvenation treatment as an outpatient procedure. Dr. Ramos starts with a light liposuction procedure that removes you own fat from diet resistant areas of the body such abdomen, flanks or hips. Dr. Ramos then process the fat and harvests the Stem cells to be re-injected into the facial muscles. About 30% of the fat cells injected will diminish and 70% will be long lasting result.

We recommend to discontinue the use of products containing Aspirin, Ginseng, green tea, Vitamin E, Garlic, Fish Oil and NSAIDS for at least two weeks prior to your procedure, as they may increase the risk of bleeding.
Dr. Ramos or someone from our team will check in with you after your procedure. It is normal for your face to feel a bit tight or sore after the procedure. Minor discomfort can be treated with Tylenol.
Initial swelling and bruising can take one to two weeks to resolve. Bruising varies from person to person It reach its peak during the first week. Post-operative drainage may occur from fat removal site following surgery for one to two days.
We recommend NOT to apply Ice or Heat to surgical areas. They may cause damage to the stem cells that have been injected and will reduce the amount of fat that will survive post-operatively. FAMI Stem Cell Rejuvenation can last several years depending on diet and lifestyle.
